Clever Accounts makes a difference by sorting 3.5 tonnes worth of food.
The team of accountants at Clever Accounts decided to pull their sleeves up and take part in a day out at the Leeds South and East foodbank, sorting a whopping 3.5 tonnes worth of food, which is the equivalent of 8,300 meals!

As the cost of leaving crisis continues to burden local communities across the UK, the team of accountants at Clever Accounts decided to pull their sleeves up and take part in a day out at the Leeds South and East foodbank, sorting a whopping 3.5 tonnes worth of food, which is the equivalent of 8,300 meals!

Arriving from the comfy office setting at Brookfield Court, the ‘Clever volunteers’ quickly adapted to their new working environment, and guided by the wonderful local staff, they charged at the towering stocks of tins and packages, waiting to be delivered.

No doubt this wasn’t a traditional team-building activity, but it was certainly gratifying.

As a Yorkshire-based business, we have always been eager to demonstrate our support in the local community and help wherever we can. I am extremely proud of our team at Clever for choosing to participate in this great cause, says Chris Mollan, Managing Director at Clever Accounts.
