Harrogate based debt collection agency Premium Collections Northern Limited has achieved international status being recognised by the British Assessment Bureau, a leading certification body as one of a handful of International leaders in its field providing consistent levels of performance and customer satisfaction relating to debt collection and recovery across the UK and abroad.

Premium have been awarded the ISO 9001standard which was first introduced in 1987 by the regulatory body, the British Assessment Bureau, the leading certification body which requires organisations to demonstrate that they have a Quality Management System in place to ensure consistency and improvement, together with exceptional customer services levels. The firm are now able to display the coveted shield logo. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed to ensure progress.
