NG lays down foundations for fast-growing construction firm
A fast-growing construction firm is looking to build on success after commercial property specialists at NG Chartered Surveyors brokered a deal for it to move into larger premises.
Acting on behalf of a private vendor NG have completed the sale of the former Arnold Joinery unit on Catton Road to Terra Construction.
Based in Nottingham, Terra Construction serves Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and the surrounding areas of the East Midlands
Richard Sutton, director of NG Chartered Surveyors said: “My client is delighted with the outcome as we were able to generate a very strong sale price through the competitive bidding process.
“Terra Construction came out on top in bidding, and they will be relocating from their existing premises elsewhere in Arnold.
“There is a real stock shortage at the moment which is driving the market forward and ensuring that landlords can complete some great deals. Will Handley at Terra Construction added: “Moving to these premises provides us with increased secure storage enabling efficient management of surplus stock and investment in additional plant and equipment, facilitating further growth of the company.”
Ian Torr at Cleggs solicitors advised the vendor on the legal side of the deal.
