East Midlands homecare services group sold to Sodexo

A homecare services group which has five offices in the East Midlands has been sold to global operator Sodexo.

Prestige Nursing + Care, which has 44 offices, including those at Derby, Ashby de la Zouch, Northampton, Nottingham and Sleaford will join the Sodexo family deal for an undisclosed sum.

The current management team of Prestige Nursing + Care, led by managing director Jonathan Bruce, will continue to manage the business.
