£20m Derby business supplies firm sold

Complete Business Solutions Group Holdings has bought Derby based Irongate Group, which includes RAM print, adding £20m turnover.

For the year-ending 31 March 2018, Irongate Group made a profit before tax of £577,772 on a turnover of £17.3m. The company employed just over 100 people during the financial year.

The deal takes the Wakefield-based CBS group to £120m turnover.
