On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

All Foundations, the Derbyshire specialist piling contractor, has made two hires to its senior executive team.

Ian Brook has joined as senior contracts manager from Roger Bullivant, while Tom Milton joins the company from Van Elle as senior sales engineer.

Shahrooz Zojaji, managing director, said the appointments gave All Foundations “the best balance of high-level talent and experience we have had for a long time”.

He said: “Orders are strong, enquiries are coming in thick and fast, and having seen a period of strong growth we are looking at a bumper 2019 in both construction and rail.

“The new leadership team we have built over the last two years puts us where we need to be to meet the demands of an increasingly higher-end client base and bigger jobs.”

David Munton

IT engineer David Munton has joined Your IT, bringing the team to 12.

Munton joins from Radcom UK where he held the position of technical support engineer. He has specialist experience in the installation of large-scale wireless solutions. He has worked previously with Your IT directors Lee Hewson and Simon Cox.

Munton said: “I’m delighted to be joining Your IT Department. The business has grown significantly over the past 18 months and the directors clearly have ambitious plans which I’m keen to be part of. I’ve worked with Lee and Simon in the past and they, along with the rest of the team, have really welcomed me into the fold. It’s a lovely working environment and the business has some excellent clients that I’m really looking forward to working with.”
