Hulton Bailey, was until last week based on Wood Street in the town, specialises in commercial property, conveyancing, probate, wills, trust and matrimonial work.

Partners Colin Fletcher and Linda Dyer, have moved to KBL’s offices on Mawdsley Street.

Mr Fletcher said:“The intention is for Linda and myself to retire in due course. For the time being we will continue to be available for our clients at KBL’s offices to ensure a harmonious and smooth transition.

“We’ve been working with KBL for some time and feel our clients can benefit significantly from this union.”

Formed in 1973, KBL has eight partners and is based on Mawdsley Street in Bolton.

Managing partner  Phil Stephenson said: “Like us, Hulton Bailey provides a dedicated and personal service, so we feel that together we can provide strong continuity of first class professional advice for Hulton Bailey’s clients”.
