Bellway acquires chunk of Cheshire land for luxury homes

Bellway Homes has acquired two acres of land at Timperley in Cheshire for an exclusive new residential development.

The site on Wood Lane, which was previously Crosby Nurseries, will be transformed into a prestigious development of just 16 four-bedroom detached family homes.

Inspired by the land’s former use, the new development will be known as The Nurseries, and will be bespoke in its design and specification.

Bellway will deliver a choice of four house types at The Nurseries, each offering a spacious and well-thought out floor layout that perfectly suits modern lifestyles, as well as a private garden and garage.
