City Council approves proposal for 507-apartment scheme
A proposal to build a residential scheme on the cusp of Liverpool city centre, providing 507 apartments, has been approved.
Today's (April 23) Liverpool City Council planning committee voted unanimously to grant planning permission after a delayed start due to an earlier site visit.
Planning officers had recommended approval, saying: "It is considered that the principle of residential and commercial accommodation development in this location is acceptable and accords with the development plan, the city’s strategies for regener...
