Work under way on Henbury’s latest luxury development

The quiet village of Henbury near Macclesfield is becoming a hot spot for prestige property.

This follows the start of work on PH Homes’ second luxury development Heys Green.

Named to reflect the way its nine five-bedroomed homes will be arranged around a ‘village green’, Heys Green is the latest addition to this award-winning developer’s collection and promises to be one of its finest yet.

The location – until recently the site of an agricultural contractor – is at the end of a long private drive, and will offer residents luxury living and private access to around seven acres of surrounding pasture woodland, pond and a small lake, making an ideal recreation space for families.

The homes will feature traditional Cheshire styling with slate roof, rustic brick detailing and gravel drives, while inside the specification will be to PH’s renowned standards.
