Communications firm appoints new head of IT services

Wrexham based communications firm Moneypenny has appointed a new head of IT Services.

Mel Carlen joins with a wealth of experience and is passionate about process, IT and data governance.

She has more than 20 years experience of customer experience and  is an expert in the delivery of transformation projects that embrace technology having spent 17 years at M&S, where she had a number of different roles spanning from IT change management to heading up their contact centre commercial function.

She is charged with leading the fast-growing IT team and developing the exciting AI led technology Moneypenny is pioneering.

Ms Carlen is also looking forward to introducing intuitive cutting-edge technology that makes it easier for businesses to communicate with their clients and showcase their fantastic customer service.
