GREATER Manchester Chamber of Commerce has awarded its Building of the Year prize to Peel's MediaCityUK scheme at Salford Quays.The complex has come under some criticism nationally for its architectural style, with industry magazine Building Design recently awarding the development its annual Carbuncle Cup.
