Chartered surveyor turnover hits £15m

CHARTERED surveyor Sanderson Weatherall has announced that its turnover increased 7% to hit £15m over the last year, as it also makes two promotions in Manchester.

John Goodchild has become partner in Manchester whilst Craig Watson has been promoted to associate partner.

Both are part of the firm’s asset advisory team specialising in providing strategic valuation and disposal advice to banks, funders, turnaround and restructuring advisors, businesses and the public sector.

Across Sanderson Weatherall’s other nine offices a further 12 promotions have been made comprising seven partners, four associate partners and one senior surveyor.

During the financial year, the firm opened its tenth office in Birmingham.

Partner Roy Tubman, said: “Our continued focus on delivering an outstanding integrated service for clients has resulted in a very positive year for the firm and given us a strong platform for the year ahead.

“Everyone at Sanderson Weatherall has contributed to our success over the past financial year. In particular, John and Craig have consistently demonstrated their ability to build strong relationships and provide commercially astute advice to our clients over time. Both thoroughly deserve their promotions.

“We know there is plenty of hard work to be done to build upon this performance. However, we are in a good position to capitalise upon the opportunities that our local focus and national capabilities continue to present.”

Sanderson Weatherall employs around 200 people across its offices in Newcastle, Darlington, Teesside, York, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter and London.
