New steakhouse in talent search ahead of launch

A NEW steakhouse is to open soon in the picturesque Lancashire town of Poulton-le-Fylde and is on the lookout for talented staff.

Miller & Carter’s site is being converted from the High Cross Harvester and is to open in October following an extensive refurbishment.

Located on Longhouse Lane, the new steak house is seeking to recruit 30 additional staff including chefs, dessert chefs and grill chefs to cook up the award winning steaks ready for the opening in October.
 
Miller & Carter is also on the lookout for any budding bartenders who can shake up a cocktail and match wines to the perfect steak, as well talented team members to work front of house.
