LaSer wins four-year contract with electricals giant
WEST MIDLANDS-based LaSer UK has secured a four-year contract with Currys and PC World owners DSG International to provide point-of-sale finance at the chain’s 670 UK stores.
The credit and loyalty programme provider which employs more than 600 staff and finances over £1billion in credit per year, says the deal will lead to 80 extra jobs in its customer service, marketing, sales, risk and finance teams in Solihull.
LaSer will provide fixed term credit at all 670 of DSGi’s UK stores, including Currys, Currys Digital and PC World, with immediate effect.
Other recent contract wins by LaSer include deals to supply similar consumer finance options for furniture stores Dreams and DFS.
