WALSALL-based commercial vehicle distributor Hartshorne Motor Services has been acquired by truck and bus specialist Crossroads Truck and Bus in an undisclosed deal.The deal creates one of the largest commercial vehicle distributor groups in Europe with almost 1,000 staff, a turnover of around £200m and a combined experience of almost 100 years in the industry.
