Success for Longbridge Technology Park as two new tenants sign up

DATA centre software specialist Concurrent Thinking and transport logistics specialist STVA have taken space at St Modwen’s Longbridge Technology Park in Birmingham.

Concurrent Thinking has leased a 1,550 sq ft space at Two Devon Way.

The company is embarking on a growth strategy following its release of new software solution packages that help to reduce clients’ overheads and energy costs.

CEO Terry Hale said: “We are delighted with the quality and amenities of our new accommodation at Two Devon Way at Longbridge Technology Park.

“We develop solutions to help increase operational efficiency and reduce energy costs for our data centre clients. With the ever increasing reliance on technology, cloud based solutions and activities such as gaming, social media and internet shopping, we expect demand to increase exponentially, our new offices at Longbridge have given us room to grow and cater for this.”

STVA has leased 1,949 sq ft at the Innovation Centre and is planning to take up occupancy by the end of the month.

The firm’s Bee Patrick said: “The managed offices and location of Longbridge Technology Park is unrivalled for our road division operation centre.”

James Teal, Innovation Centre manager said: “It is great to welcome Concurrent Thinking and STVA to the Innovation Centre family.

“These deals are testament to our commitment to the burgeoning technology sector in the Midlands and we are especially pleased when we can enable firms to grow and achieve their business ambitions.”
