Prime Accountants Group expands with the acquisition of S.Pabari & Co.

Local firm of accountants, Prime Accountants Group have acquired S. Pabari and Co. As a growing business Prime seek opportunities to partner with firms that enhance their service offering to clients.

Pabari and Co. have extensive experience in acting for pharmacists and by joining Prime Accountants Group will enhance the service Prime is able to offer clients from this industry. In return, S. Pabari and Co. clients will benefit from the wider range of services available from Prime Accountants Group.

The two firms take pride in their approach to servicing clients and both Suresh and Prime feel confident in that clients will continue to receive the excellent level of service they have become accustomed to.

The acquisition will see Prime expand to a work force of over 80 members of staff and 10 directors, spread across the two offices in Solihull and Coventry. This expansion further positions Prime as the leading accountancy firm within the region offering a wide range of services.
