Yorkshire Business Masters 2011: Yorkshire Adviser

YORKSHIRE’S professional advisory community has shown great resilience in the face of the economic downturn.

And despite facing inevitable challenges, it has helped businesses to grow and prosper through one of the most difficult recessions in history.

The Yorkshire Business Masters 2011 will celebrate the best the best professional adviser working in the region through a new category: Yorkshire Adviser, sponsored by Credit Agricole Commercial Finance.

Ian Flaxman, strategic director of Credit Agricole Commercial Finance, said: “We are able to provide asset based lending solutions between £500k and £50m and we have been particularly active in the last 12 months with nine deals of £10m plus completed.

“Key to this is an experienced team based in Leeds where we are able to offer tailored solutions and local client management.

“Equally important however is the strength of our relationship with the regional corporate finance community on whom a large proportion of our deal flow depends. We are, therefore, delighted to sponsor the award for the Yorkshire Adviser category.”

The Yorkshire Business Masters 2011 takes place on June 16 at Aspire, in Leeds.

Starting at noon, the event begins with a champagne reception, followed by a three course lunch accompanied by fine wine.

Tickets are priced £125 plus VAT each and are sold in pairs.
