THE Trinity Leeds shopping development is approaching 80% pre-let despite the squeeze on the high street, developer Land Securities has revealed.

The company said 72% of the space had already been pre-let and a further 8% is in solicitors' hands.

Clothes retailer Urban Outfitters has taken the final major space in the development which is due to open in March next year.
