Wrigley’s grows Leeds office

WRIGLEY’S Solicitors has taken extra space at its Leeds offices as the firm grows.

It has agreed a deal for 9,800 of space at Cookridge Chambers where it already has an office.

The deal was agreed by Colliers International on behalf of landlord Mitchells and Butlers which runs the ‘A Nation of Shopkeepers’ bar on the ground floor.

Jonathan McGrael, from the Leeds office of Colliers, said: “We are pleased to extend the provision for Wrigley’s Solicitors which is clearly benefitting from a prime position in the second largest law centre outside of London.

“Cookridge Chambers was recently refurbished by the landlord and is well located for just off the Headrow in the city’s legal district.”
