Harrogate property firm outlines growth plans after £100,000 investment

HARROGATE property firm FSS has announced plans to expand its services in 2017 following a £100,0000 investment in its brand and offices.

The company, which has been operating in Yorkshire for more than 20 years and employs 25 staff, offers expertise in all areas of property marketing and management covering residential sales and lettings, commercial property, auctions and surveying.

Partner Simon Croft said recent investment had included a £100,000 refurbishment of its premises on Raglan Street and the expansion of a staff development programme that would put its people “at the heart of future growth plans.”

“By creating the best possible environment for our team and introducing new initiatives to make it as easy as possible for each member of staff to contribute ideas I believe we are in an excellent position to deliver an outstanding service to our clients and customers in the year ahead as we expand,” he said.

The refurbishment has created a new reception area and showroom, revamped offices and staff facilities and enhanced lighting throughout the building.

FSS has also been working on a strategic development plan for the business.
“This work identified quality, trust and value as cornerstones of our business’s success over the past 22 years and we are keen to build on these strengths as we move forward,” says Mr Croft.

“We are now ideally positioned to deliver an even wider range of property consultancy services in 2017 and beyond with the focus firmly on developing our team, strengthening our brand and delivering excellence across each of our five property disciplines.”
