Record order book for developer as it launches another office

Residential developer, Torsion Homes, has reported a record-breaking £53.3m Gross Development Value (GDV) orderbook, comprising seven schemes, with the first now under construction at Val D’or, Leeds.

In readiness for significant expansion in the North West, Leeds-headquartered Torsion Homes has confirmed the opening of a permanent office in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

Current developments being delivered by the company include: Val D’or, Leeds, (£12m GDV); Scorton, Richmondshire (£2.7m GDV) and Hebden Bridge (£4m GDV).

The firm adds that it continues to welcomes enquiries from land and property owners looking to develop sites of 10 to 40 plus plots, with or without planning permission.
