On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Ashbourne chartered accountant Coates and Partners has announced that Matthew Hackett has been appointed director following the retirement of founding director Hilary Dowson.
Hackett joined Coates and Partners in 2007. He will now assume responsibility for Dowson’s clients.
He said: “To ensure there is a seamless transition, over the past twelve months Hilary and I have worked closely meeting with her clients so that I have a thorough understanding of their wants and needs.
“I am looking forward to providing the same very high standard of work and advice that Hilary has provided over the years, whether it is for a sole trader, partnership or limited company.”
Dowson said “I will miss the interaction with clients, many of whom have become friends over the 30 years. I had not quite anticipated how hard it would be to say goodbye to them all especially after receiving so many wonderful tributes and thanks. I will miss the entire Coates and Partners team and I feel privileged to have worked with such wonderful colleagues.”
Nottingham-based RedKangaroo Trampoline Park, has announced the appointment of a new general manager.
Mark Lacey joins RedKangaroo. He said: “I am very excited to join RedKangaroo and lead the team who have overseen our first year in Nottingham. I’m looking forward to continuing to develop the customer experience and to ensure RedKangaroo is a family activity that every member of the community can enjoy.”
