On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Global retail and innovation agency Outform has added two new faces to its senior team in Leicester.
Keith Fleet and Jocelyn Morris have joined the company as operations director and finance director respectively.
Fleet, who brings 20 years of global industry experience to the role, has a remit to deliver globally for Outform EMEA’s clients and optimise the business’ in-house manufacturing with its international supply chains.
Morris, who will oversee the development and delivery of the firm’s financial strategy, brings a wealth of experience from her previous hi-tech, IT and manufacturing roles.
Simon Hathaway, managing director at Outform EMEA, said: “It’s been another strong year for Outform, we believe in retail and have continued to work with some of the biggest brands on the high street to reinvent their retail experience and exceed customer expectations that are reset with every visit, click and download. Elsewhere, nine new recruits have come on-board at East Midlands accountancy firm Duncan & Toplis after ten of its trainees qualified as professional accountants.

Edward Spenceley, Krys McQueen, Thea Moody, James Lalyk, Joe Bannister, Geraint Price, Helen Channing, Lauren Bates, Sarah Adlington and Haydn Yeates all earned their qualifications whilst training with the firm, with only Yeates set to depart for pastures new.
