Estate agent renews lease in Stamford

Newton Fallowell has agreed a new lease for its premises on Ironmonger Street, Stamford.
The estate agent has secured its offices for a further six years with support from Lincoln-based Langleys Solicitors.
Newton Fallowell first opened on Ironmonger Street in 2014 after taking over the lease from retiring agent Paul Johnson.
Jason Treadwell, managing director of Newton Fallowell, said: “Being a new brand in Stamford when we launched three years ago, we were keen to make a difference. We quickly became the preferred place for marketing property and have received some fantastic testimonials. Local people really have embraced us.
“We took over an existing lease but our growth has given us confidence to sign a new lease. The premises are beautiful with lots of history. Being in the heart of the pedestrianised area makes us very accessible.”
Newton Fallowell also opened a branch in Oakham last year.
Sarah Miles, partner in the commercial property team at Langleys, said: “We are pleased to continue our excellent relationship with the Newton Fallowell group and cement their presence in Stamford by helping to secure the new lease.”
