Van Elle MD steps down

Van Elle, the Nottinghamshire geotechnical engineering contractor, has revealed that Tom Lindup, group managing director and company secretary, has left the company to “pursue new opportunities”.

Lindup’s role will be absorbed by senior colleagues on the executive management team, says the firm. Paul Pearson, chief financial officer, will replace Lindup as company secretary.

Adrian Barden, acting chairman, said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Tom for his contribution to the Group, in particular in the development of Van Elle’s legal and governance functions, and we wish him well in the future.”

Van Elle floated on AIM last October.
