4Energy enters administration

4Energy, which is based on Nottingham Science Park, has entered administration.
The firm, which was formed in 2005, and was the first occupier at No.1 Nottingham Science Park when it moved there in 2009, operates in the UK, Germany and Egypt developing energy cooling systems and platforms for telecommunications and equipment rooms, data centers, and monitoring and control systems in equipment rooms.
A statement from administrators Moorfields on 4Energy’s website reads: “The business and property of 4Energy Limited are being managed by the joint administrators.
“The administrators are looking to sell the assets and business as a going conern, and interested parties should contact the administrators directly.
“4Energy Limited is continuing to trade for the time being and in the event that continued goods are required, the administrators will make contact with the suppliers concerned and provide appropriate undertakings.”
In its last available accounts, to 31 December 2015, 4Energy owed £1.66m to creditors.
