New lettings manager at Lincoln surveyor

Lincoln-based chartered surveyor Banks Long & Co has added a new face to its team.

Rachel Pogson has been appointed as residential lettings manager. She said: “I have worked in the fields of residential and property management for more than 10 years. I was attracted to Banks Long & Co by the challenge of developing this arm of its business at a time when the market is both thriving and highly-competitive.”

In her previous job, Pogson spent seven years managing a portfolio of more than 180 properties across Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire.
