Property agency tasked with selling Nottingham retail units

Birmingham-based commercial property agency Siddall Jones has been tasked with selling four retail/commercial units within a development by Elevate Property Group in Nottingham.

The units are located over ground and mezzanine levels, and feature full-height glazed elevations facing Meadow Lane.

Offered in a shell specification, they are ready for occupiers to fit out, with the first of these units, located at Trent Bridge Quays, already under offer.

Additionally, part of one unit serves as Elevate Property Group’s marketing suite and is available for sale as presented.
