East Mids children’s homes firm sold for £11.4m

An East Midlands children’s homes group has been sold to Kent education, employment, training and care provider, Prospects for £11.4m.
homes2inspire, owned by controversial security giant G4S, provides tailored education programmes, training and care services to more than 80 young people in 18 homes in Derby, Leicesteshire, Nottingham and Northampton, as well as across Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Worcestershire.
Prospects’ group chief executive, Nick Bell, said: “Our purpose in Prospects is to inspire people to develop their full potential. We are delighted to have acquired the homes2inspire business and see this as a core part of our growth strategy to support more young people every year. homes2inspire will give us a basis for further development in the social care market and we look forward to working with all of our new colleagues.”
