On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Fraser Brown Solicitors has added to its business services team with the appointment of Sarah Forth as a paralegal and Hannah Raven as an assistant solicitor.

In her new position, Forth will be assisting with transactions and providing general corporate support, as well as assisting the rapidly expanding franchising team at Fraser Brown.

Forth joins Fraser Brown from Browne Jacobson, where she worked as a paralegal in social care, insurance and public risk.

She said: “I am very proud to be joining such a well-respected firm, which is known for delivering quality legal services as well as being a sociable team.

“The business services team works with a varied and dynamic client base and has an extremely strong franchise offer that is known throughout the country. I’m looking forward to working with that client base, building new relationships and working alongside a driven team.”

Raven, who is a specialist in corporate law, will be responsible for assisting the Fraser Brown team on a variety of business sales deals, acquisitions and will provide general corporate advice to clients.

She said: “I was keen to join Fraser Brown as it is a well-established firm which has a great reputation in the city. I’m looking forward to getting involved with the firm’s growing corporate offering and I’m pleased to be a part of the business services team.”

Gavin White, partner at Fraser Brown who heads up the business services team, said: “It has been a record year for the business services team and Sarah and Hannah’s appointments are part of that growth. Hannah has a can-do attitude which is the ideal fit for our growing team.

Daniel Tregunna

Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking has added to it mid markets team in the East Midlands with the appointment of Daniel Tregunna as relationship director.

With more than 27 years of corporate banking experience, Tregunna steps into the role from his previous position as relationship director in the South West.

Dene Jones, regional director for mid markets in East Midlands at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, said: “Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our growing team. His appointment adds strength to our offering in the East Midlands and supports our long-standing commitment to work closely with business directors to achieve their strategic goals.”
