Travel accessories firm expands into Nottingham

Travel accessories firm Design Go has bought a 20,000 sq ft warehouse on the Blenheim Industrial Estate in Nottingham in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Go Design says the move will help expand its distribution network.

Tim Gilberston of FHP said: ““When Design Go asked me to acquire space on their behalf I was pleased to try and assist them with their expansion plans. In a market starved of good quality space it was pleasing to identify the eventual building taken which offered good quality modern space and most importantly was available on flexible terms close to the M1 Motorway.

“A deal was quickly agreed with Stuart Waite of CPP who acted on behalf of the landlords and the deal concluded to the mutual satisfaction of all parties concerned.”
