New management team as Derbyshire recruitment firm sold

Think Staffing Solutions has acquired a majority stake in Staff Simply (UK) – a clerical and sales specialist recruitment firm based in Derbyshire, TheBusinessDesk.com can exclusively reveal.

The acquisition sees Bradley Gough become chief executive, Brandon Rowlands become an executive director and founder of Staff Simply (UK) Scott Wilde operate as a business director whilst retaining a stake in the company he founded back in 2016.

As well as being a permanent recruitment business, Staff Simply (UK) has a dedicated job board for jobseekers to use.

Speaking to TheBusinessDesk.com Gough said: “When the opportunity came for us to acquire Staff Simply, we jumped at the chance. Over the last few years Scott has built a fantastic brand along with a strong and loyal client base they have excellent potential on both the permanent recruitment side and the advertising side. Staff Simply will work alongside Think Staffing Solutions and allow us to break into markets which aren’t a specialism of Think-SS.

“We are extremely excited to announce the majority stake and look forward to having a successful future growing the business alongside Scott.”

Staff Simply (UK) Limited will specialise in clerical, sales, manufacturing and industrial permanent placements throughout the UK, aiming to grow to £400,000 turnover by year two, employing five members of staff on the recruitment side and incorporating a separate business which will come under Staff Simply (UK) Limited focussing on advertising and job seekers only.

Wilde said: “I am excited to be going in to partnership with Think Staffing Solutions, with our combined resources we aim to take the business to the next level and achieve growth of 200% in the next 12 months and employ an additional three members of staff all highly experienced in recruitment.”
