430,000 sq ft industrial scheme hits the market

Industrial developer Goodman has launched Leicester Commercial Park – a new 40-acre logistics and warehouse development.

The 430,000 sq ft commercial and warehouse scheme is now available to let. Leicester 95 is 95,000 sq ft, while Leicester 335 335,000 sq ft developed to the BREEAM ‘Very Good’ specification together with having an EPC ‘A’ rating.

Goodman development director Nigel Dolan, said: “Leicester Commercial Park offers high quality, Grade A space in an unrivalled location, directly on the junction of the M69/M1. With strong market demand, the development is ideally placed to serve the needs of our customers and will provide much needed new logistics space in the East Midlands”.

Henry Henson from joint development partner, Wilson Bowden, added: “We are happy to once again be partnering with Goodman to bring Leicester Commercial Park to market with the availability of two new facilities in a truly stand-out location. Demand for high quality logistics and warehouse accommodation throughout the East Midlands continues to outstrip supply and these units will provide a strategic base for customers who want to benefit from being at the heart of the UK, with excellent access to the national motorway network.”
