Leicester firm moves into 8,200 sq ft office at Mercury House
A corporate events company has moved into an 8,200 sq ft office at Mercury Place in Leicester in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultant.
Imperial Corporate Events will take part of the third floor alongside Amec Woodford after relocating from Charles Street in the city.
FHP says the refurbishment of part of the ground floor is ongoing and it is launching to the market a 2,900 sq ft suite.
FHP’s John Proctor acted on behalf of HPPUT with the deal being agreed with James Phillips of APB who acted on behalf of Imperial.
