Trio of property sales completed at Derbyshire industrial estate

NG Chartered Surveyors has completed three sales at Erewash Court on Ilkeston’s Manners Industrial Estate, with the deals totalling nearly £1.1m.

Units 2 and 3 were sold by director Charlotte Steggles, while Surveyor Alicia Lewis handled the sale of Unit 5 on behalf of a private landlord.
