Developer reveals two new Nottingham city centre residential schemes

The owner of developer KMRE Group has revealed his company is set to bring two new residential schemes to Nottingham city centre.

Kam Mogul confirmed that Leeds-based KMRE will build a £35m private rented sector (PRS) scheme on the Sentinel site in Nottingham, near to Vantage – a planned 12-storey student scheme in the Southern Gateway area of Nottingham. The development will be designed by CPMG.

Meanwhile, KMRE is also behind a 62-unit residential scheme at Hindle House, near to Nottingham’s railway station. The apartments are already up for sale starting at £145,000.

KMRE says that construction on both schemes will start this year.

The company is also behind the £25m residential development on the banks of the River Trent after the former Park Yacht club was sold to the Leeds developer. Called Riverside, it will include 81 high-end waterfront apartment.
