Former bank to be turned into leisure venue

A former bank building in Derby city centre is to be turned into a new bar or restaurant.
DPDS Consulting has worked with owners of the former bank building for it to be transformed into a new leisure venue.
Plans, submitted in June by CityServe Properties, to turn the ground floor and basement of the former Market Place branch of NatWest into a new bar or restaurant have now been approved by Derby City Council.
