Senior promotions at property agency

Tim Shuldham

A property consultancy has made two senior promotions in Yorkshire and the north Midlands.

Tim Shuldham has become senior partner of Fisher German after 40 years in the property industry. He will take over the role from Charles Meynell, who is stepping down at the end of September.

Struan McDougall will take up Shuldman’s former role of regional managing partner for the Yorkshire and North Midlands area.

Shuldham said: “The role of senior partner, like everything in Fisher German, is constantly developing as the business grows and I look forward to playing my part in taking the role forward from where Charles has brought it.
“When I first looked to merge Shuldham Calverley with Fisher German, one of the things that attracted me was the investment in young professionals and future leaders and I find it hugely rewarding seeing young people progress within the business.

“Charles has overseen the creation of our Pathway to Partnership and confirmed many promotions at all levels in the firm and I am looking forward to playing my part in continuing this work so we can offer the best level of service to our clients now and in the future.”

McDougall has been with Fisher German since he graduated in 2011, and has risen rapidly through the business in that time.

His current work focuses primarily on strategic property management and consultancy advice to estates, private individuals and farming businesses in Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

He said: “I am delighted to have been asked to be the regional managing partner for our Yorkshire and North Midlands region where there are many growth opportunities for us to explore.”
