Octavian, the Nottingham-based multi-services provider, says it is targeting growth in 2020 as the company looks towards acquisitions.

The firm, which provides manned guarding, risk management, facilities management and training services, says it will swoop for a counterpart after revenues grew by 240% last year, with the company on target to break through the £10m mark in 2020.

Reshma Sheikh, managing director of Octavian UK said: “We are looking to acquire a manned guarding, cleaning, CCTV or any soft FM ancillary services that compliment the bespoke manned guarding and FM services, we currently provide.”

She added: “We are growing rapidly and looking to surpass our record growth between 2003 and 2013, in a much shorter time. Our 2020 plan is to accelerate this growth, as we have the infrastructure, resources and experience of providing services on a large scale. To achieve this, we will not rule out further acquisitions.”
