Busy developer expands Midlands team

Property business Godwin Developments, which has an office in Nottingham, has expanded its team with the appointment of development assistant Claudine Tracey.

She joins from Birmingham-based Blackswan Property and four years’ experience in the property development sector.

As a graduate surveyor, she has also supported with public sector clients and housing associations throughout the UK, advising on affordable housing, scheme design and quality as well as market sales analysis.

Tracey said: “I am thrilled to be joining Godwin Developments at a time when the business is growing its portfolio and capabilities across a number of sectors nationally, despite the present challenges in our sector.

“The last few years have helped me expand my hands-on experience in property development considerably and I am looking forward to building on this with Godwin and its clients. I will also continue to pursue my full membership of RICS, which I am hoping to complete over the next couple of years.”
