Law firm advises on £85m of transactions in 12 months

CMP Legal, a law firm based in Chesterfield, specialising in corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, and employment law, has reported growth in its corporate team.

Over the last 12 months, the company has provided advice on 28 corporate transactions, collectively valued at over £85m.

Founded in 2021, CMP Legal has worked up a reputation for its expertise in the dental and pharmacy sectors.

Deals they have worked on include employee ownership trusts, pharmacy purchases & sales, dental purchases & sales, professional services purchases & sales and general, including share buybacks, MBOs and non-sector specific.
