Leicestershire County Cricket Club has announced that CWA will continue as its official communications partner for a second year running.

The full-service communications agency based in Glenfield, Leicester has worked with the club throughout the 2019/20 season and will remain as a partner for the next season.

Nicola Adams, managing director for CWA said: “We’re proud to continue as the club’s strategic communications partner as the Running Foxes advance into the next step of their journey.

“The club now has a strong vision to reposition itself internationally; supporting that vision is one we are really excited to be a part of.

“We’ve already had some really positive feedback from the club about the membership campaign and branding refresh we delivered this season. This long-term partnership gives us an opportunity to further shape the future of our sports in our region and the global cricket community.”

CWA is also a member of the Foxes 50 business club which launched at the beginning of the year.

Tracey Branson, commercial manager for Leicestershire County Cricket Club said: “Partnering with CWA gives us greater marketing capacity and expertise to deliver our bold new chapter. We’re exploring new ways to communicate with businesses in the region in a digital world as the Foxes 50 meetings have to remain socially-distanced for now. We currently have 15 businesses on board and look forward to strengthening the business club further.”
