Prime Notts retail site changes hands

Commercial property agency NG Chartered Surveyors has brokered a deal to sell a prime retail investment in the Nottinghamshire town of Hucknall.

Acting on behalf of a private vendor, James McArthur, director at NG, has sold 8 High Street, Hucknall to Vin Sun Properties.

Vin Sun Properties has retained NG Chartered Surveyors to manage the property going forward.

A spokesperson for the vendor said: “After deciding to sell another property, the only company we would trust to do it quickly and fairly was NG Chartered Surveyors. They manage our commercial portfolio and after a conversation with James McArthur, we let them crack on with marketing. Within a week we had huge interest and they guided us to the eventual purchaser without any fuss. We would highly recommend their services for both management and sales.”

Vin Sun Properties added: “We are excited to add 8 High Street to our portfolio; this was our first time of dealing with NG Chartered Surveyors and we have to say James at NG has been competent and professional throughout the process. We have therefore decided to retain James to manage the property”.
