People: Innes England, West Lindsey District Council

Matt Howson

Innes England has promoted Matt Howson to director.

Howson started at the company as a chartered surveyor and then became an associate director in 2018.

He said: “It’s an honour to mark five great years at Innes England with this much-appreciated promotion. Since joining back in 2016, I’ve enjoyed helping the company to grow both our team and also our client base.

“I’m delighted to have been given this opportunity to progress and can’t wait for the new challenges and responsibilities it will bring.

“2020 was a challenging year for everyone, especially landlords and tenants, so helping people to navigate that difficult time was a priority for us. 2021 has continued in similar fashion however I’m looking forward to continuing to help our clients and driving the business forward.”

Nova Roberts

Chief executive Ian Knowles has added two new faces to West Lindsey District Council’s leadership team.

Di Krochmal has been promoted to the role of assistant director of homes and communities after previously helping to shape the council’s housing and investment strategy.

Joining her is Nova Roberts, assistant director of change management and regulatory services from South Kesteven District Council. She will lead the council’s people focused change and performance management strategy with the aim of delivering customer centric services for the residents of the district.

Knowles said: said: “We have established a clear strategic framework and we are really pleased to bring Di and Nova onto the leadership team.”
