People: Relish School Food; HR Solutions
Nottingham-based Relish School Food, the independently owned contract caterer across primary, secondary, special schools and care homes, has announced two new appointments.
Kim Harwood joins as business development manager, responsible for driving sales and increasing turnover through new business opportunities, whilst developing existing client relationships. Helen Pountain joins as operations manager, with the remit of managing and overseeing client sites, including staffing, planning, budgeting, procurement and training.
Clare Lovett, managing director at Relish School Food, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Kim and Helen to the team. They join us with a wealth of experience gained over 20 years working primarily across the education sector, but also in Helen’s case across care homes and B&I, which will be hugely beneficial to both existing and new clients. I would like to wish them both the very best in their new roles.”
A Kettering HR consultancy has taken on its first ever marketing manager, Rebecca Gormley.
HR Solutions CEO Greg Guilford said: “We are excited with the appointment of Rebecca to help us increase awareness to SMEs of the benefits of HR and health and safety outsourced services.”
Gormley is one of multiple new hires over the past six months, including HR consultants, advisors and administrators. The firm is also continuing to recruit for further positions to meet the growing demand for outsourced HR and H&S support.
