Kier Humphreys

Nottingham digital agency, Hallam, has hired a new experience director, Kier Humphreys.

Humphreys brings over 14 years of agency experience and has worked with national and international brands across various sectors, from global professional services giant PwC to Virgin’s Formula E racing team.

He said: “I’m delighted to join Hallam; there are some seriously talented people here, including people who care about the way they work and their impact on the world. My new role ensures we deliver exceptional creative, customer experiences that combine solid research with design flair, and, ultimately, empowers our teams so they can produce the work that will underpin Hallam’s future growth.”

Maz Davis

Lincoln PR, marketing and digital agency Shooting Star has hired, Maz Davis, who previously headed up the marketing team for UK heritage watch brand Accurist, as senior account manager.

Davis has over 25 years’ experience in brand marketing and has worked extensively in the toy and nursery sector and more recently in the watches sector.

She was marketing manager at MGA Entertainment/Zapf Creation for over 11 years, spearheading growth for a portfolio of girls’ toy brands including iconic Baby Annabell® and Baby Born®, and for the past three years has held the position of head of marketing for household name Accurist watches.

She said: “After working in marketing on the client side for many years I am thrilled to be moving back to my roots in Lincolnshire and joining the talented Shooting Star team with an exciting portfolio of clients.

“I am passionate about creativity and driving brand growth so I am very much looking forward to being part of the experienced team in delivering compelling PR, marketing and digital plans for our clients in 2021 and beyond.”

Luella Sellars

Lincolnshire-based Lindum Packaging has made four appointments at its sites in the UK and Sweden.

Patrick Donnelly joins the packaging specialist’s business development team at the company’s site in Beels Road, Stallingborough. He starts straight from sixth form at OneSchool Global College in Scunthorpe.

Luella Sellars also joins the team at the UK site, where she will be assisting with marketing campaigns across the UK and Swedish markets.

Deon Johansson 18 and Thure Johansson 20, have joined the company’s operation in Smålandsstenar, southern Sweden.
