People: Fabric Recruitment; Scenariio

Paige Harris, Katie Pass and Roxane Wheatley

Fabric Recruitment, based in Colliers Business Park in Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire, has appointed Paige Harris and promoted Roxane Wheatley.

Wheatley joined the company recruitment consultant and has been promoted to senior consultant.

Harris joins the company as a recruitment resourcer having spent over six years in customer services at Pedigree Wholesale.

The company, which was founded in 2019 by Katie Pass, is part of the Route 4 Solutions Group.

Pass said: “As a start-up, the early part of the pandemic was concerning, but being part of a group gave us the breathing room to refocus. We now have a larger, more experienced team and a growing client base so we are actually in a much stronger position. We are proud to have been shortlisted for a customer services award that is independently judged as this further validates our market positioning as offering a consultant led personal service. It also underpins the confidence we have in our recruitment process and our ability to guarantee all appointments for a year. This means companies can work with us, completely free of risk.”

Rob Pritchard and Molly Shaw

Derby-based Scenariio – which specialises in IT infrastructure and smart building technology – has appointed Molly Shaw as marketing apprentice.

Shaw – who recently graduated from the University of Derby – will join business development director Tom Erskine in helping market the company to new audiences, as well as continuing her education through an apprenticeship delivered by Mitre Training.

The company is based in The Chocolate Factory on Siddals Road with Bustler Market also operating from the site.

Shaw said: “After coming across the job, it sounded like the perfect opportunity after recently graduating from university. I am excited to be joining Scenariio and learning about our technology, meeting the team, customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.

“I am ready to get stuck in to creating content to showcase the amazing things we can do as a company.”

Rob Pritchard, managing director of Scenariio, said: “As the business is growing, it felt like the right time to add another member to the team to work alongside our business development director to bring more creativity into the business. We are keen to develop young people and felt the marketing apprentice programme provided by Mitre Training was the ideal way to do that.

“We are pleased to welcome Molly to the team here at Scenariio and look forward to working with her as the business grows. We are looking forward to her bringing new ideas and thoughts from a younger perspective, from someone outside the industry.”
