People: New associate at Leicester architect; former banker named MD at care firm

Keshiv Sudera and Tim Rodgers

Architect Tim Rodgers has joined Leicester-based Design Studio Architects as associate.

Rodgers will, along with the team, develop, DSA’s new sports and leisure service alongside delivering residential and industrial schemes.

Rodgers, a member of the RIBA, said: “DSA is a forward-thinking vibrant practice with its sights set firmly on moving ahead positively. I am looking forward to adding value, team building, mentoring, and sharing my knowledge and experience”.

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to grow the multi-unit residential side of the business and build the sports and leisure sector. Sport, in particular rugby has been part of my life for many years and has given a clear understanding of the funding, function and operational demands of sports training and clubhouse facilities. Having delivered a number of rugby, football and leisure facilities it will be exciting to add to the experience DSA already has in this sector and introduce and seek new opportunities within the sports and leisure sector.”

Keshiv Sudera, managing director at Design Studio Architects, said: “We feel the addition of Tim to our growing team is really exciting for DSA going forward. His experience and knowledge will allow us to develop further in the sectors we are currently involved in but also steer the sport and leisure sector of the business.”
